Upgrade your team's meeting presence with an on-brand look

Meetings matter. They’re where deals are made, ideas are judged, and teams get aligned so businesses can move forward. When you join a call, the people on the other end are looking for signals: How seriously do you take this relationship? Do you care about the details? Will you deliver on your promises?

Why, then, do so many people show up like they just rolled out of bed?

In a meeting, your video feed is your business attire. So just like you’d never show up undressed at a client’s office, leaving your webcam naked is a mistake. Instead of making a bold first impression, you risk disappearing in a sea of lifeless squares, squashing your momentum before you even say hello.

But there’s a better way, and it’s all around you. Your company spends a lot of time and money nurturing a brand, making sure it projects exactly the right mix of confident professionalism in your product, your ads, and your website. Don’t leave that brand behind when the stakes matter most. Whether your brand is authoritative or innovative, serious or playful, you can bring that energy with you on conference calls. Tap into its personality and let it boost your presence in every call.

The secret? Airtime Camera. See for yourself how easy it is:

Download and launch Airtime Camera

If you don’t already have Airtime, sign up for a free trial and install the app on your Mac or Windows desktop. Then select Airtime Camera from the tool window. Connect your webcam and you’re ready to go!

Browse our presets for a jump-start

To brand your look, start by clicking the big plus (+) button. You’ll see a range of preset looks you can use as starting points—click one to import it to your Looks collection. You can edit every part of the look to make it your own.

Or, if you prefer starting with a clean slate, click the “Create New Look” button at the top of the catalogue.

When you have a starter look selected, click “Edit look” below your webcam image. You’ll see three tabs: Style, Wallpaper, and Name Tag. Let’s tackle them in order.

Four screens in Airtime Camera: the Looks catalog, Style settings, Wallpaper catalog, and Name Tag settings.

Style

Add your logo

Under Style, you can upload your logo in the Image area and decide where on the screen it should appear. For best results, upload a transparent PNG at high resolution so your logo looks crisp at any size.

Clean up your background

Tidying up your background is a fast way to improve your look on video. You can show your space as-is, add blur to smooth it out, or hide it completely. You can also frame yourself inside a shape.

Applying a color gradient adds flair to the background while you pop boldly into the foreground. Choose any of our preset gradients, or use the color picker to apply your company’s signature tint.

Wallpaper

In the Wallpaper tab, click the big plus icon again to view hundreds of professionally designed options you can use in place of your real room (if you chose to hide your background), or to create a border (if you applied a shape frame).

From abstract color fields to playful scenes, there are built-in wallpapers perfect for any vibe. Or you can upload your own image. Place yourself in your company HQ, your favorite city, or anywhere else you can think of!

Name tag

In the Name tag tab, you’ll find fields for a big line of text and a smaller one. You can use these to display your name and title, or think outside the box and type in your location, status, nickname, preferred pronouns, or anything else that might help people get to know you better.

You can choose from dozens of styles, change up the fonts and colors, and even decide where on the screen to place your tag.

Try out your new look

Congratulations, you’ve created a look that highlights your company’s identity and your own. No more naked webcam!

To take your eye-catching professional look into the world, join a meeting on Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, or any other conference platform. Select “Airtime” as your camera to apply the look to your feed.

We can’t guarantee you’ll get comments about how fancy and professional you look, but in our experience, that happens. A LOT.

Share with your team

Once you’ve found the perfect look to reflect your brand, why not take it to the next level and share that look with your whole team?

Unified teams project excellence. Like matching shirts at a trade show, a united look on video shows the world your crew is polished, ready, and cares about the details.

To make it happen, click the Share button (it’s the square with the upwards arrow) and let other Airtime users on your company’s email domain access the look.

Now go dress up that webcam!
